Militants in Jammu and Kashmir have been facing a shortage of weapons despite Pakistan's attempts to provide arms to various terrorist organisations active in the valley, Director General of Police (Jammu and Kashmir) Dilbag Singh said on completion of one year of the abrogation of Article 370 in the former state.
