Delhi saw a moderately foggy Sunday morning with the minimum temperature at 13 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.

"The sky will remain partly cloudy during the day with mist and shallow fog," the India Meteorological Department said. 

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 98 per cent. Visibility then was 400 metres, which improved to 600 metres three hours later.

Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 28.3 degrees Celsius, the season's average, while the minimum was 12.6 degrees Celsius, just below the season's average.
