Three people, including a woman,were killed by Naxals in Bihar's Jamui district late on Thursday.

The maoists suspected them of being police informers, police said on Friday.

According to police, all the three people were killed near a dam in the district.

"The persons were targeted as they were suspected to be police informers," a police officer said. 

A hand written pamphlet was recovered from the site in which it was written that they were awarded death.

The incident has created panic in the Maoist stronghold district.

Combing operations to nab the Maoists have been launched.
