Pointing out an instance, Tirath SIngh Rawat said he had once met a woman, who used to run an NGO, wearing ripped denim. He wondered what message such a woman must be giving to society while trying to help them as the head of an NGO.

 

“A child who is taught the right culture at home, no matter how modern he becomes, will never fail in life,” the Uttarakhand CM said.
