RAIL HELPLINE: Additional inquiry service at 23747110 (five lines) for round the clock service are made operational and the service is being dedicated to update the commuters about late arrival/departure of trains, said a senior Northern Railway official. More inquiry counters have been opened at major stations to facilitate passengers. Officials said medical teams will also be available at stations. In addition, SMS service has been started on the number-- 9717631813, where by entering five digit train number the customers will get arrival/departure time of the train.
