Snow festival in Kashmir valley

Mushtaq pahalgami, another office bearer of HWO said, “our priority is not just to help bring tourists to this place but to protect forests that adds to the beauty of this region.” Late night event, the sky lantern, was part of the festival. “People would stay inside after it gets dark but our effort is bring night life to this area,” said Shabir Ahmad.
