Sachin Tendulkar, Rekha not living up to their high billing

Two MPs did not recommend a single work contrary to their counterparts in the nominated category who made good use of funds for public works.The Rajya Sabha term is for 6 years. If an MP does not spend yearly entitlement of Rs.5 crore in that Financial Year, that money will be added to the next year's fund.
