Stay with your wife Mr Modi: Jind Women

The women of a village in Jind in Haryana have written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking him to stay with his wife Jashodaben.Arguing that if PM Modi has so much respect for the girl child than he should stay with his wife .The women of Jind from where Union cabinet minister Chaudhary Birender Singh belongs, wrote a letter to prime minister Narendra Modi asking him to live with his wife Jashodaben .Women of Palwa village held a meeting under the chairmanship of Zila parishad Surender Devi and it was decided that women will send a letter to prime minister Narendra Modi on weekly basis demanding that he should stay with his wife .Jashodaben Chimanlal Modi and Narendra Modi's marriage was arranged by the latter's parents, in keeping with the traditions of the Ghanchi caste. While the two were engaged when Modi was 13 years of age, they got married in 1968, when Modi was 18 years of age. The marriage took place in Modi's native village, Vadnagar, in Mehsana distrcit.
