PICS: Employment scene grim, how will parties create jobs!

The survey points out that unemployment rate among urban graduate youths has risen to 16.3 per cent. The report says that unemployment rate among women too has risen to 23.4 per cent. The situation is more grim in rural sector. Here the unemployment rate among graduate men is 19.3 per cent and 29.6 per cent among women.
