BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi reached Varanasi to file his nomination papers on Thursday morning. Modi's road-show on the streets of the holy city belied all claims that still there is no Modi wave in the country. If huge turnout is any indication then all Modi critics would have watched news channels with their mouths wide open. It is difficult to recall that if anybody has ever seen such a massive turnout of common man on the streets of the city if their favourite leader ison his way to file his nomination papers for the ongoing Lok Sabha polls. Soon after reaching Varanasi Modi said "Mother Ganga" has called him and vowed to make this temple town on the banks of Ganges the world's spiritual capital.
