Fresh snowfall in Kashmir has revived cold conditions in North India. Kashmir Valley remained cut off from other places after fresh snowfall on Friday, Feb 7. On the other hand the plains in North India experienced some showers bringing back s fresh spell of cold wave. In Delhi, temperatures stayed well above normal levels on Friday. While the day remained sunny day it became cloudy towards evening. The minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded three notches above normal at 12 degrees Celsius, the maximum settled four notches above normal at 26.4 degrees. Trace rainfall was also reported in some parts of the city.
