With undergraduate admissions at Delhi University on in full swing, the varsity is using its Community Radio to reach out to admission seekers. Delhi University's Community Radio (DU CR), which started operating in 2007, is available on the frequency 90.4 MHz and has a radius of 10-km. It is managed completely by a team of over 250 student volunteers."We have started a series of programmes called 'Mission DU Admission', that are broadcast twice a day. While half-an-hour is dedicated to college special, another half-an-hour is for the queries of admission seekers which are addressed by experts in studio," said RK Singh, Broadcast Consultant with DU CR.
