AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal paid a one-day visit to Varanasi, the high-profile constituency in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Kejriwal was full of excitement and enthusiasm when he visited the holy city on March 25 but had to face the unexpected wrath of the people too. During his roadshow eggs and black ink were thrown at former chief minister of Delhi. Unfazed by the ire of a section of people Arvind Kejriwal continued with his roadshow and addressed an election rally in the Beniya Bagh locality where he announced that he will contest against BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
