How to identity a flirt

Eyes, those eyes: Some flirts stare at their targets deliberately. They seldom seem to bat those eyelids. If you are the chosen one, you might suddenly see that one such incorrigible guy or girl is hell-bent on turning you into a victim of his or her attention. If that is the case, how can you figure out whether the person is a flirt or actually serious about you? When she is working or chatting with someone else, that very person will ignore your presence. The flirt won't even remember that you actually exist.
