How to be the ideal boss

Be a team player: Remember, when you are the boss, your colleagues know it. So there is no need to keep yourself away from any activity because, being a boss you can get away by delegating work to your juniors. Such an approach might have worked in an old-fashioned hierarchies where youngsters grew up as those who were taught by their teachers, leading to a guru-shishya environment. It doesn’t work at a time when the best and the most popular teachers are those who are friends with their students outside class and guide during class hours as well.
