KNEE PAIN For relief in joint pain, mix together equal quantities of fenugreek powder, ginger powder and turmeric. Take 2 teaspoon twice a day with warm water after meal. You can also take equal quantities of fenugreek powder, jiggery powder and turmeric, mix with warm water and apply around the knees. Wrap and keep overnight. Another way is to take daily mixture of 1 teaspoon fenugreek and nigella seed (kalonji) powder on empty stomach.
