Review in pics: Revolver Rani

After Queen, Kangana's fans were eagerly awaiting the release of Revolver Rani. But here is a caution: Don't expect the same level of entertainment and class from this one. No doubt Kangana is again at her best. She has justified the role and has gone skin-deep into the character of the film. But at times she goes overboard. Bollywood's obsession with the ravines of Chambal continues. Another strong character in the film is the one played by Piyush Mishra, as mama of revolver Rani. The toyboy's role played by Vir Das has no impact. The lady dacoit's passion for fashion and sex is an interesting twist in her character. The film is not convincing and leaves you with many questions. The sex-starved role played by Kangana is very intriguing. Her foray into the local politics is again an interesting part of the film made more interesting by Piyush Mishra. The film is worth one watch, if you are a big fan of Kangana. If you are not you can give it a miss.
